This website is located at http://www.mycelebritydress.com and http://www.mycelebritydress.co.uk. Under these Terms and Conditions, this Website provides a service for customers to borrow designer garments at a fraction of the retail price.
3. Order Process
You place your order:
As a customer of this Website, first pick a garment you would like to borrow. The borrowing period chosen is inclusive of the day of delivery and the day of return to us. To order a garment, complete the customer check-out process. The order includes your contact details, delivery address, and credit card details. It also requires you to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
We process your order:
If your order is accepted, your payment will be processed. You authorise us to charge the applicable borrowing fees and charges as calculated on the basis specified on this Website at the time of your order. These normally include the borrowing fee, delivery charge, return charge and GST. Additional fees may be charged for late return, damage, lost goods, stolen or unreturned goods.
We confirm your order:
You will receive an order confirmation email advising that your order and payment has been received and processed.
On confirmation of your order from us, your order will be treated as complete and no cancellation is permitted.
After confirmation, you will be charged the applicable borrowing fees and charges.
We despatch your order:
We will organise delivery of your order via next day delivery (royal mail) to the delivery address you nominated in your order. Our obligation to deliver will be discharged on arrival of the order at the delivery address nominated in your order. On delivery, you must check that the package includes: the garment, the information on how to care for the garment and the return courier bag to return the garment. While the garment is in your possession you have a legal obligation to take all due care of the garment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Your return obligations:
You must ensure that the garment is returned to us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed.
You must ensure the garment is returned in the same condition it was delivered to you, (excluding fair wear and tear). Any adjustments or alterations to the garment must be temporary adjustments or alterations. They must be removed completely prior to return of the garment. If the garment is returned still adjusted or altered then you will be charged for their removal. All orders MUST be sent back using a SPECIAL DELIVERY service via the Royal Mail and paid for by the customer. If you do not use this service and the dress goes missing in the post, you may be charged the full retail price of the garment.
Please note that 3 and 8 day hire dresses that are due back on Saturdays will be due back on the Friday instead (the 3rd or 8th day). This is due to dresses sent on Friday via special delivery usually arriving by Monday unless the customer pays extra for Saturday guaranteed delivery. To avoid this, the dress is due back on the 3rd or 8th day unless otherwise agreed.
YOU MUST PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER IN CASE THE GARMENT/S GO MISSING. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL MEAN WE WILL TAKE MATTERS FURTHER.
BANK HOLIDAYS – If you order a dress to order arrive the day before a bank holiday and it doesn’t fit, this needs to be returned SAME DAY, not the day after the bank holiday.
The garment is your responsibility until it reaches us. Items must be sent back by the date stated on the delivery form. Failure to do this, may result in further fees being charged.
Returning items that do not fit MUST be sent back either same day or next day in order to receive a refund (minus shipping). We must be informed straight away you are not keeping the dress to receive a refund. Failure to send the garment back within two days will mean the refund will be cancelled.
Sale items (Dresses to Buy, which have been hired out previously unless stated otherwise) are non-refundable. Please ask for images if unsure before purchasing.
Hire dresses being sent to Ireland (includes Northern Ireland) will need to pay a £100 deposit, which is fully refundable as soon as the dress is returned. We cannot send dresses until this has been paid.

4. The My Celebrity Dress Service
If a product is returned in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, as determined by My Celebrity Dress in its sole discretion, you agree that My Celebrity Dress may invoice you for the full cost of replacing such product as well as charge you the full amount of any lost earnings or incurred costs resulting from the damage. The product replacement fee will vary depending on the specifics of each dress and its amount is to the full discretion of My Celebrity Dress.
Under no circumstances are customers to attempt to clean any products themselves (i.e. dresses, bags, etc.) by any means (dry cleaned or otherwise). If done so, My Celebrity Dress reserves the right to invoice for part or full replacement value of the items and charge you the full amount of any potential lost earnings or incurred costs regardless of whether any damage has been caused.
Any discounts, vouchers or offers made available on the site or through third party channels which are redeemable on the My Celebrity Dress site are subject to change without notice. It is hereby confirmed that only one may be used at a time; this also will be subject to change at My Celebrity Dress discretion.
My Celebrity Dress only supply to the United Kingdom.
When you borrow a dress you will be required to provide My Celebrity Dress with accurate, complete and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. By signing up for the Service, you authorize My Celebrity Dress or its agent to bill your credit card the applicable fees, per-item or borrowing fees, shipping charges, any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service. The applicable fees will be charged to your credit card on the date your purchase is made. If your dress is not returned on the due return date agreed when the purchase was made, My Celebrity Dress will charge your credit card for each overdue day.
If My Celebrity Dress does not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. My Celebrity Dress reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to using third party collection agencies. My Celebrity Dress reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 90 days after they first appear on your account statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 90 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
We may modify the price, content, or nature of the Service at any time. We may provide notice of any such changes by email, notice to you upon log-in, or by publishing them on the Site.
6. Order Obligations
a. Delivery Notifications and Altered Borrowing Start Time.
i. If you are not able to take receipt of the order from the courier at the delivery address, the courier/post man will leave a calling card at the delivery address. Within 24 hours from the time that the Calling Card is left at the delivery address, you must contact the courier and provide the courier with an alternative time for delivery. This alternative time must be within 48 hours from the time you contact the courier. Your borrowing period (inclusive of the day of alternative time for delivery and the normal day of return to us) for the garment will automatically start from that alternative time, whether or not you are then available to receive your order.
ii. (My Celebrity Dress’s Email) in some cases, the courier may not be able to leave a calling card. In this instance, we will contact you via email to arrange an alternative time for delivery. Within 24 hours from the time that we send that email, you must email us and provide us with an alternative time for delivery. This alternative time must be within 48 hours from the time you email us. Your borrowing period (inclusive of the day of alternative time for delivery and the normal day of return to us) for the garment will automatically start from that alternative time, whether or not you are then available to receive your order.
iii. (No Contact) If, despite our best endeavours, we are unable to contact you, or if you do not respond to our email notification, your borrowing period (inclusive of the day of alternative time for delivery and the normal day of return to us) for the garment will automatically start seventy two (72) hours from the time a courier first attempted delivery to your nominated delivery address, whether or not you are then available to receive your order.
b. Delivery Time and Address
Any delivery date or time given will be on the basis that it is an estimate. Delayed or late delivery of the garment does not confer on you any right of cancellation, termination or refusal of delivery. You will not be relieved of your obligation to accept delivery or pay the borrowing fees and charges by reason of any delayed or late delivery. We are not liable in any way for non-delivery or any delay or late delivery.
ii. We may refuse delivery of the garment to an address if we believe the address is too remote or inaccessible.
7. Cancellation: Costs and Refunds
You may return a rented product and obtain a refund. There is a form inside each box for you to fill out to request a refund. You must deposit the item for return at your local post office the same day that you receive the box. Most post office’s close at 5pm. Unless otherwise approved by My Celebrity Dress, should a product be kept overnight by the customer, My Celebrity Dress reserves the right to charge the full rental fee. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to keep an item overnight which you do not wish to wear to your event. My Celebrity Dress reserves the right to process a refund within 14 days of a request for a refund unless the order is being disputed.
All garment tags MUST remain intact. If you fail to fulfil agreed upon terms, your credit card will be charged for the full, non-discounted fees and charges for the entire period you booked the dress for.
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it is delivered, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting customer service on email@example.com and we will be happy to take care of it for you.
If you have not yet received and tried on your dresses, we will happily issue you a full refund up to 4 weeks before your event date minus a £20.00 cancellation fee.
Once you have tried on and confirmed that you wish to wear a dress, including advance try ons, any following cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?
My Celebrity Dress collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by My Celebrity Dress. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfil your order.
Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

No material, including, but not limited to, the material listed above, should be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

We may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other Web sites or resources that are beyond our control. We make no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality, or legality of any sites to which links may be provided, and you hereby waive any claim you might have against us, with respect to such sites. The TOS (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and My Celebrity Dress regarding your use of this Site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and My Celebrity Dress in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the TOS, the TOS shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the TOS.
